Immediate digital access
The Pass grants immediate digital access. At checkout, you expressly request the service to start right away and acknowledge that, once access is opened, the Pass is non-refundable for a simple change of mind.
If the service does not work
The above only concerns change of mind. If the service is faulty or does not match its description, write to us — we’ll find a solution (fix or refund as appropriate), consistent with the consumer-protection law of your country of residence (Mexico).
One-time payment
The Pass is a one-time payment: there are no recurring charges to stop.
How to contact us
Write to us at support@sargassumcancun.com with the email address used for the payment. We process requests within 5 business days.
Processing and timeframe
Payments are processed by our authorized payment provider (Merchant of Record). Any refund is made to the original payment method, in USD; it usually appears within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
